Virtual IT Department

Dales IT Ltd offer a subscription service to SMEs which do not have the resource of an IT department. This provides businesses with fixed and predictable support costs. There are two primary levels of service:

Email only This service enables you to email Dales IT with questions or problems about your IT needs. If you are not sure about whether an attachment is a virus, forward it to us and we will be able to vet it for you. If you have questions about any aspect of your IT systems, we aim to answer them for you. This service aims to act as your IT support desk. In addition we will keep you notified about security issues and warnings in a simple to understand bulletin.
Remote support Dales IT will install software on your systems which allows us to connect to your system and see what is on your screen. We are able to investigate problems and control your machine remotely while you watch to see how we resolve your issues. All connections require initiation from your machine, so there is no danger of any unauthorised connections.

If your needs extend beyond maintenance of your systems, we are happy to offer you a quotation for the work. This can either be a fixed price, or on a time and materials basis. Email virtualit@dalesit.com for a quote.
